How does the Mail Process work?

Using the Expert Mail system you can create email campaigns and send out bulk emails to your contact lists. When you create an email it is stored on our servers and sent via our mail servers to email addresses in the specified list. Using our system to send SPAM mail is strictly forbidden.
Can I change plans anytime?

Yes, plans can be upgraded at any-time, if you would like to downgrade your plan it can be done at the end of a billing cycle.
Do you have a trial package?

No, but we have a FREE one! Who needs a trial package when you have one for free!

How will you bill me?

We charge on a monthly basis and will send through monthly invoices to your registered email address. The invoices can be paid via credit card, bank transfer or direct debit.
Can I de-activate my package anytime?

Yes you can! We charge month to month so if you de-activate an account after the start of your next billing cycle you will be charged for that cycle. We do not process any refunds.
